cancellations + refunds
this policy covers the nest monthly subscription.
monthly access
the price is $10 usd per month. your subscription renews monthly until you cancel. the amount due will be shown at checkout before you pay.
cancel your subscription
you can cancel before your next renewal to stop future subscription payments. your paid access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
to request cancellation, email wavlettoaudio@gmail.com from the email address linked to your nest account. cancelling alone does not request a refund.
7 days to try it
first-time subscribers can request a full refund of their first subscription payment within 7 days of that payment. this first-payment offer does not apply to monthly renewals or later resubscriptions.
email wavlettoaudio@gmail.com within that window, using your account email and including your receipt or invoice number if available. you don’t need to share your password or full card details.
when an approved refund is processed, we cancel the subscription and end the paid access covered by that payment. refunds go back to the original payment method; the time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
something wrong with a charge?
contact us about duplicate or incorrect charges, or if you need help with your subscription. this policy does not limit any refund or cancellation rights you have under applicable law.
