your data

updated october 5, 2026. this notice covers the wavletto website and nest, our music plugin and community library. nest is in private testing, with paid subscriptions available from inside the plugin.

who to contact

wavletto is the brand behind nest. for privacy questions or requests about information we control, email wavlettoaudio@gmail.com.

what we handle

  • account details: your email address, account id, sign-in information, and the display name, username, and profile picture you choose. firebase authentication handles your password and sign-in; passwords are not saved in nest’s library or preset files.
  • library activity: favorite sound, pack, and collection references; your private and public collections and folders; saved presets; and your tester or subscription access status.
  • uploads: audio you publish, names, categories, creator references, timestamps, waveform previews, file sizes, and file identifiers. importing a local sound alone does not publish its audio.
  • support: messages, contact details, and attachments you send us.
  • technical information: hosting and cloud providers may process ip addresses, request times, device/browser information, errors, and security logs. nest also records upload usage to enforce service limits.
  • billing: during sandbox testing, and when live billing becomes available, stripe handles checkout information. billing services link stripe customer and subscription identifiers, payment status, and billing periods to your nest account. stripe may also provide transaction, receipt, contact, and limited payment-method details through its dashboard. nest does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

why we use it

we use this information to sign you in, provide the library, attribute uploads, save and sync your choices, manage access and payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, fix problems, and meet legal obligations.

where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes rely on providing the service you request, our legitimate interests in operating and securing it, and applicable legal obligations. where consent is required for an optional use, we will request it and explain how to withdraw it.

what other people can see

your display name, username, profile picture, published sounds, and public packs and collections can appear to other users with access to the community library. public collections can reveal the sounds you selected. favorite counts may be shown in aggregate.

your email, private favorites, private collections, saved presets, and billing records are not displayed as part of your public profile. service administrators and providers may access information as needed to operate and support nest.

public content can be downloaded or copied by other users. removing it from nest cannot remove copies already on their computers.

services we use

  • google firebase for authentication and database records.
  • supabase for shared audio storage and server functions.
  • stripe for checkout, subscription management, payment processing, and fraud prevention.
  • netlify for this website’s hosting.
  • google gmail for support email.

we share relevant information with these providers to deliver the service. some providers also process information for their own security, compliance, or payment purposes under their notices. information may be processed in the united states or other countries where providers operate; protections and applicable transfer arrangements depend on the provider and relevant law.

we do not sell your personal information or share it for targeted advertising. we may disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or rights complaints.

what stays on your device

nest keeps local files for downloaded audio, presets, editor settings, account profile copies, and library information needed for local use. it stores a sign-in token to restore your session; the windows build protects the saved session using windows encryption. public discovery metadata is held in memory instead of saving the entire catalog to your local library.

signing out or deleting a cloud account does not automatically erase downloaded audio, exported presets, or saved music projects on your computer. you control those copies.

this website’s own code does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not include an analytics tracker. hosting providers can still process request logs. stripe pages and other linked services have their own storage and cookie practices.

keeping and deleting information

account and library records are generally retained while your account is active or until you remove them or request deletion. cancelling a subscription does not delete your account. billing, security, support, or dispute records may need to remain for their relevant operational or legal purposes. provider backups and logs may expire separately; deletion is not an instant erasure of every backup or previously downloaded copy.

you can edit your profile and manage your uploads and collections in nest. for account deletion, a copy of your information, corrections, or other privacy requests, email us from your account address. these account-level requests are handled through support, not an automatic in-plugin deletion button. we may need to verify ownership before acting.

depending on where you live, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, portability, or to complain to your local data-protection authority. we will handle applicable requests under the relevant law.

younger users

nest is not intended for children under 13. if you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it. users below the age of legal adulthood should use nest with a parent or guardian’s permission.

changes to this notice

we will update the date when this notice changes and provide additional notice or request consent where required for material changes. no online system is completely secure; contact us if you notice a security or privacy issue.
