using nest

the service

these terms describe your use of the wavletto website, nest plugin, and community sound library. wavletto is the brand behind nest. contact us at wavlettoaudio@gmail.com with questions.

nest combines a one-shot sampler with community sounds, packs, collections, and saved settings. the current build is for 64-bit windows with vst3 support. a compatible host is needed for the plugin, and online features need an internet connection and an account with access. a mac build is not currently available.

your account

provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. don’t impersonate another person, share an account to bypass access requirements, or try to access another user’s private information. contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

nest is not intended for children under 13. if you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to your use and authorize any purchase.

subscriptions and free access

the subscription price is $10 usd per month, renewing monthly until cancelled. checkout will show the amount due before payment. any future price change will be communicated before it applies, with an opportunity to cancel.

your subscription provides access to the available community library while active. the catalog can change as creators add or remove sounds or as content is removed for rights or safety reasons. it is not a promise that any particular sound will remain available for download forever.

we may grant free tester or other complimentary access. that grant does not create a paid subscription, and we will not charge you unless you separately agree to a paid plan. free access may end; ending it does not automatically enroll you in billing.

the cancellation and refund policy is part of these terms: cancel before renewal and keep access until the end of the paid period, or request a full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. an approved refund ends the paid access covered by that payment when processed. the first-payment offer excludes renewals and later resubscriptions, without limiting applicable legal rights.

using sounds in your music

for sounds covered by this license, paid subscribers and users we explicitly grant free access receive a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use sounds lawfully obtained through nest during that access in personal and commercial music projects. you may edit the sounds and release music incorporating them, without ongoing royalties to wavletto or the uploader for that permitted use.

those rights continue for compliant use after your subscription or free-access period ends. ending or refunding access does not erase music-use rights already validly granted. access ending stops you obtaining additional community sounds unless you regain access.

you may not resell, redistribute, or offer sounds as standalone samples, sample packs, or a competing sound library, including modified versions offered as samples. you do not gain exclusive ownership of a shared sound and must not claim the standalone sound as exclusively yours.

this license applies only where the uploader or rights holder has authorized these terms. a public listing alone does not establish that an older upload is covered. we cannot grant rights an uploader did not have, or clear separate third-party rights they failed to disclose. contact us if you have a rights concern.

sharing sounds

you keep ownership of content you upload. only publish audio and other material you created or have permission to share under these terms. buying a sample pack or finding audio online does not by itself give you permission to redistribute its samples.

when you publish a sound under these terms, you give wavletto a nonexclusive, worldwide license to store, reproduce, transmit, preview, and make it available through nest, and authorize the music-use license described above for eligible users. this permission is for operating nest and providing the rights described here; it does not transfer ownership of your sound to wavletto.

you can remove your uploads from future availability. removal cannot recall copies already downloaded or revoke music-use rights already validly granted. these terms do not retroactively obtain permission for earlier uploads whose creators have not agreed to them.

creating a collection of other people’s sounds does not give you ownership of those sounds. public collections and profile details are visible as described in the privacy notice.

keep the library usable

don’t upload material that infringes someone else’s rights, contains malware, exposes someone’s private information without permission, or is unlawful. don’t harass others, bypass payment or security controls, scrape or bulk-download the library to reproduce it, or disrupt the service.

if you believe a sound violates your rights, email us with the sound name or id, a description of the issue, and information supporting your claim. we may restrict content or accounts to address abuse, security risks, nonpayment, or legal obligations. we will explain the action when practical and provide a way to contact support about a mistake. applicable refund and consumer rights remain in place.

the plugin and your projects

you may install and use the nest build provided to you for making music, subject to these terms and any applicable included software licenses. these terms do not override rights granted by third-party or open-source licenses included with the software.

keep backups of your projects, audio, and presets. testing builds can contain bugs, compatibility issues, or interruptions. we do not promise uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every host. nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

updates and questions

we may update nest and these terms. material changes will receive appropriate notice before taking effect, and we will request agreement where required. new terms do not retroactively remove music-use rights already validly granted.
